+ Anything else I need to know about my itinerary?

Based on your travel dates, there may be times when it becomes necessary to modify your itinerary. Sometimes this involves changing the order in which cities are visited, altering your length of stay in a city or country, or using an alternate airport. On certain days, especially holidays, some tour inclusions may even be unavailable.

+ Which airlines are used by EdQuest?

EdQuest reserves seats with major airlines, including Air France, Air New Zealand, American, British Airways, Delta, KLM, Lufthansa, Qantas, South African Airways, Swiss, United, Virgin Atlantic Airways, Emirates, Etihad and other U.S. and international carriers.

+ What happens if my flight is delayed?

EdQuest is not responsible for airline schedule changes, or mechanical, weather or capacity-related flight delays. All efforts will be made for alternate arrangements, however, in case of any extra charges levied they will have to be borne by the traveler himself/herself.

+ What kind of food can I expect?

We offer both vegetarian and non vegetarian food options during the travels. Vegetarian food doesn't necessarily mean Indian Food, but we make an effort to get you Indian Food otherwise we shall garner for you the food of the best available quality.
