EdQuest envisions to empower every young person to find their element and explore the world 'within'. We firmly believe that the world 'within' an individual shapes the world 'outside' him/her- its the thoughts, the experiences, the conversations, the set of beliefs and values that construct the world for an individual. It’s what we've wanted to work on since our inception.

Our guiding mission is revitalisation of classroom education through experiential development using travel as a medium. All our experiments, all our innovations, all our products and all our ideas are guided & led by the mission more than by people within the organisation.

WHAT DO WE DO?

Our current lines of business include educational tours, school semester exchange programs, short-term and long-term cultural exchange programs, summer schools for students pursuing higher education, educational kits for kids within the age group 6-12 to nurture them as global citizens and leadership workshops for high school students.

WHERE DO WE WANT TO HEAD ?

To penetrate into every academic institution (majorly schools since the target age-group for our product lines is 6-18 years). Our back-end team is unceasingly working to diversify our offerings so we have something to create value for every school that we interact with.

BEHAVIOURAL FACTORS
  • Relentless & tireless efforts to knock the door of every academic institution in your city Resoluteness to create value for every institution that we hit (even if we have to create a new product for them)
  • Persistence to close EVERY deal (This business needs a lot of it)
  • Aggressive & fierce approach towards the completion of 'self-fuelled' work goals (We don't dictate goals; just the vision)
NON-BEHAVIOURAL FACTORS
  • A good network of academic institutional officials (headmasters/coordinators) in the city (direct or indirect- through your friends/colleagues)
  • 20 hours a week with undivided attention for on-ground work
  • Willingness to travel (intra-state) if needed (Preferable)
  • Freewill to create/develop products/offerings for the organisation when needed by your prospective clients

Your experience and learning in this organisation depends less on how we can shape it for you than what you can make out of it.
